Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with hiring processes: post jobs, schedule interviews, conduct reference and background checks.
  • Process new hire paperwork and maintain personnel files.
  • Manage employee benefits: secure quotes, conduct open enrollment, track probation periods.
  • Assist with safety meetings, track OSHA incidents, manage accident reports and workers' compensation claims.
  • Develop positive working relationships, handle disciplinary procedures, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Process leave requests, enforce company policies, and act as an employee relations specialist.
  • Formalize job descriptions, assign job titles, and process payroll changes.
  • Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 and conduct audits.
  • Distribute and monitor employee performance evaluations.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs.
salary: $25 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
