This position performs routine manual work, general maintenance, repair, and cleaning.Responsible for all cleaning tasks as assignedSets-up and takes down equipment for recreation programs, rentals, special events, and meetingsPerforms maintenance and repairsOperation of heavy to light equipment and tools including, but not limited to, generators, compressors, floor buffers, man lifts, and hand toolsPerforms routine cleaning, painting, and waxingRemoves snow and litterCleans lavatories, replaces lavatory supplies, vacuums carpetsInforms supervisor of all information regarding the physical facilitiesExhibits a professional image, behavior, appearance, and demeanor at all timesMaintains strict confidence in all matters, works well with fellow staff members, treats all individuals with dignity and respectAppears at work on time and as scheduledIs responsible and reliable in attendancePerforms other duties as directed RequirementsHigh school diploma or in the process of obtaining a high school diploma.
