VP, Finance – Industrial Distribution & Services- Private Equity Growth Our client is an established distribution services company and is a dominant industry player within their industry serving industrial and energy related customers in the South and Southeast regions. Under new ownership, aggressive new growth initiatives have been launched and a senior financial executive is required to help build out the foundational platform to allow the business to grow the next level and beyond. You will be working to an ambitious growth strategy, through both organic and acquisitive means, and be deeply involved at a strategic and tactical level working as a valued member of the executive team. You will oversee a “lean and mean”, fast-paced team operating out of multiple locations with responsibility for the finance, accounting, and administrative functions. This is a true “roll up your sleeves” environment, with multiple locations where you will wear multiple hats and contribute on a significant level in operational direction. You will also focus on upgrading reporting and visibility into all areas of the business, with an emphasis on advanced analytics and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have a combination of the following experiences: multi-location, industrial distribution services, wholesale supply experience, strong analytical and operational mindset, player/coach management style, ideally with experience managing IT and/or other operational functions.
