A In Office role is for a Research (CRM) Analyst. To will conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations based on their findings. Additionally, the analyst will communicate these findings to teams and stakeholders and may engage in statistical analysis and data interpretation. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data on the costs and benefits of technology deployments to identify common value drivers, ROI, and other financial metrics, as well as P&L responsibility, public speaking, program management, creating presentations, and writing custom client emails.
You will have the opportunity to generate research and reports that highlight the product values for leading technology companies Strategizing and understanding why and how much $ end users would need to be working with different CRMs plus how to integrate with AI.
This entry-level analyst position requires 1-2 years of industry experience, strong communication skills—whether in person, over the phone, or in writing—and the discretion to work with key industry figures. Exceptional investigative skills and a continuous curiosity to learn are essential.
Salary: Starting at $65k, with the potential to be higher based on experience, plus a monthly bonus of $1,000+.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and publish key research pieces and data-driven analyses weekly.
- Collaborate with the Director of Research to identify new research themes and execute research plans.
- Analyze business problems using hypothesis generation, surveys, and other qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Travel to and represent the company at key client events, including analyst days and user conferences.
- Support clients by responding to ongoing inquiries and requests for briefings and sales support.
Qualifications
o Strong written and oral communication skills
o Completed Bachelor's degree by the date of your application
o Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
o Experience conducting primary and secondary research, including research
interview
o Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
o Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
o Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
