Position: Director of Rehabilitation
Location: Sonoma Post Acute
Salary Range: $130k-$150k

- Current California license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong knowledge of skilled nursing and recovery processes.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to making a positive impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
