Revenue Operations Partner II

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Operations Partner II to join our Revenue Operations & Strategy team. In this role, you will work closely with the Revenue and Marketing organizations to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. You will play a pivotal role in aligning our sales and marketing efforts, improving workflows, and analyzing trends. Your insights and expertise will contribute to our overall revenue machine, ensuring consistency, best practices, and successful execution of revenue-driving programs.
What you'll do:
- Sales and Marketing Alignment: Foster alignment between the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination throughout the customer journey, from lead generation to sale.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing processes across sales and marketing to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains. Partner cross functionally to align on best practices and automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Forecasting and Performance Improvement: Develop and maintain an aligned forecasting process, leveraging your analytical skills to enhance forecasting accuracy and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Analyze trends from top of the funnel to bottom, providing recommendations to improve performance
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the revenue cycle and propose improvements to streamline workflows.
- Implement and maintain sales processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving consistency across teams.
- Best Practice Adherence and Revenue Enhancement: Champion best practices within the revenue operations function, contributing to the development of a cohesive and high-performing revenue machine.
- Act as a bridge between departments, facilitating clear communication and cooperation to achieve shared goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, or a similar analytical role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of sales, forecasting, and executing projects from top to bottom of the funnel
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, BI tools). SQL & PowerBI a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, think strategically, and execute tactically.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
