Your day as a Team Member Kitchen/Front House

As a new Team Member in the Kitchen/Front House position at Waseca Pizza Ranch, you can expect an exciting and fast-paced environment. Your day-to-day tasks may include preparing ingredients, assisting with food preparation, serving guests with a smile, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. With a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, you'll have evenings and weekends off to enjoy your free time. There is potential for additional hours if you're looking to pick up extra shifts and gain more experience in the restaurant industry.

What you need to be successful

To be successful as a Team Member at Waseca Pizza Ranch, there are a few key skills and qualifications to keep in mind. You should be comfortable being on your feet and moving around for your entire shift, as well as capable of tasks like bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and interacting positively with both team members and guests. Your dedication to providing excellent guest service and your ability to work well in a team environment are essential. While restaurant experience is a plus, it's not necessarily required-just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn, and we'll provide the training you need to thrive in either the Front of House or Back of House department.

  • Responsibilities
  • All our Team Members are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants. There are two ways to become a Pizza Ranch Team Member. You can apply for either a Front of the House (Dining Room)
  • or Back of the House (Kitchen). The responsibilities below will give you a general idea of the types of activities involved in both of these departments.
