Required Qualifications:
- PharmD Pharmacy Doctorate. Or Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy.
- upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered.
- When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.
- Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS).
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
