QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMDetermine business areas that pose potential risks to the enterprise.Evaluate the impact of proposed risks to the enterprise.Monitor and report on information and processes to reduce risk using rigorous analysis.Document and report on resolutions and control guidelines.Partner with the team to review business strategies, and make decisions that will drive success in the face of shifting consumer behaviors and regulations.Skills:Skilled in governance and compliance to include creating policies, evaluating compliance, developing data governance, etc.Ability to analyze data to identify trends or relationships which inform conclusions about the data.Excellent communication skills. Can explain concepts, answer critical questions, and frame ideas as systems, inputs, outputs and processes.Strong influencing skills to include negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.Skilled in relationship management and able to successfully work with both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively towards a common goal.Ability to effectively manage projects, timelines, and deliverables.Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with tools such as Excel.
