Senior Business Analyst / PO McKinney, TX Long Term Contract Hybrid 3 Days onsite F2F Interview Position Summary: This is a strategic, customer-facing Business Analyst / Product Owner?type role for clients Enterprise Services IT division. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions that drive organizational efficiency and growth. The role will work closely with our business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into IT delivered products It takes an individual with enthusiasm and drive to build enterprise at-scale solutions. More importantly success in the role will be guided by your critical thinking and decision?making abilities. The position bridges business and technology, representing the IT data and analytics function to the business. The role involves working directly with senior stakeholders (executives, department heads, and cross?functional teams) to understand business needs, define problems, and design solutions leveraging data, analytics, and technology. Its not a backend or coding?heavy role, but a front?facing leadership position requiring strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. The individual will be responsible for building and managing product roadmaps, defining priorities, and ensuring that all initiatives align with measurable business value rather than ad hoc or low?impact requests. The role often spans multiple concurrent projects across departments, working closely with engineering, DevOps, and data teams to deliver technology solutions. Acts as a problem solver and solution?finder, not just an order?taker. Can engage with business leaders, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable technology initiatives. Possesses strong communication, analytical thinking, and business acumen to influence decision?making. Is proactive, confident, and strategic able to define the why behind every initiative and measure outcomes. Has strong prioritization skills, capable of balancing multiple stakeholders and initiatives. Can collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams, even without deep technical expertise. Thrives in a small, high?impact team environment, often managing 45 projects simultaneously.
