What you'll do:

  • Sr. advisor focused on building and maintaining a network of clientele across all product needs selling estate planning, business succession, education planning, wealth & asset management, special needs planning, and advanced market planning working, etc. with our in-house CFA/Attorney.
  • You will be at the cutting-edge of financial planning and help clients break-through tough barriers with long-term perspective and guidance
  • Maintain a continuous networking and marketing effort by promoting your services and building your professional network through appointments, marketing, social media, industry events, referrals, seminars, campaigns, and other efforts.
  • Complete any gaps in licensing (if applicable) such as Series 7, 63, 66, 6, 24, CFA, etc.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner and/or Wealth / Asset Manager
  • Experience working with 401(k) plans, pension plans, profit sharing plans, or non-retirement means such as non-qualified deferred compensation agreements
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms, identify potential problems, and develop creative solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Comfortable handling objections and overcoming challenges with prospects
  • Very comfortable, with a track-record of building referral networks after initial sale
Requirements:
  • Experience working with 401(k) plans, pension plans, profit sharing plans, or non-retirement means such as non-qualified deferred compensation agreements
  • Advanced market planning experience i.e., premium financing, business succession planning, trusts, wills, estate planning
  • Ability to manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, and family offices
  • Interest in building a team and/or mentoring others
  • Industry certifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), Series 6, 66, 7 and 24.
  • Construct net worth statements, determining asset allocations, define spending & legacy goals, evaluate Wealth Sustainability, analyze wealth transfer structure
  • Utilizing tax alpha strategies and tax efficiency planning, risk factor analysis
  • Develop a fee-based planning strategy and close customers on fee-based planning
