Job Description
The Customer Care Associate ll is responsible for answering high volume inbound calls and providing effective quality customer service regarding property insurance. Support borrowers and Carrier/Agents by providing detailed information on how to obtain their property insurance, de-escalate calls and process complaints and handle disbursement of premiums. Key ResponsibilitiesCross trains to assist with borrower follow ups
Assists answering questions in the help desk
Meets and maintains availability standards, schedule adherence and attendance guidelines
Updates records and note system as required
Disbursements of Property Insurance Premiums
Handles inbound telephone calls from borrowers, Insurance Agents/Carriers regarding premium disbursements and property insurance in order to resolve customer inquiries
Delivers timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction
EducationHigh School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
Experience0-2 years experience (Preferred)
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
