Inspect food products and follow (FIFO) first in first out rotation of ingredients. Measure and weigh ingredients Record operational or production data. Operate pumping systems. Follow work orders and instructions on recipe cards. Operate roasters, chopper, and other food processing equipment. Use of handheld scan gun to issue material to jobs and move inventory in ERP system. Assist Kettle Cooks when needed. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Prep Cook Job Requirements: Ability to read, write and speak English or Spanish Ability to lift 50Lbs. Previous warehouse experience preferred.
