Copy Link ECommerce Merchandise Manager Location Charleston ECommerce Merchandise Manager Description Reporting to CEO Luxury womenswear brand MARYSIA is seeking a E-Commerce Merchandise Manager to optimize the merchandise assortment, oversee product category structure and site experience for our customers to achieve sales and conversion plans. Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment who knows how to deliver best-class execution and puts the customer experience first. This candidate should be highly analytical with strong business acumen, organized and possess great communication skills with exceptional follow through. As an E-Commerce Merchandise Manager, you will create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible. You will organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans that are visually brand appropriate. This position is preferably based in Charleston, SC. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ? Execute end-to-end seasonal product launches including product descriptions, UPCs, and images assigned to product pages, Product Detail Pages, and site analysis ? Merchandising of site, sequence, search navigation, and maintain curated online assortments according to brand standards that align with inventory levels to drive sales performance ? Initiate AB testing function and site enhancements ? Drive SEO optimizations through product descriptions and monthly SEO audit ? Optimize shopping experience throughout site for all devices and experience ? Resolve product errors or category/navigational issues on site ? Plan homepage updates and execute changes ? Analyze and report on weekly customer behavior, business performance and digital metrics to make recommendations for site merchandising. ? Ensure site merchandising executions align with brand and marketing goals ? Work cross functionally to to recommend new features and functionality and drive to implementation ? Maintains knowledge of trends and emerging technologies in the eCommerce space ? Partner with web developer on site enhancements and ensure timely execution ? Create Complete the Look and You May Also Like for each PDP according to strategic guidelines Requirements ? Bachelors Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing or relevant preferred ? Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in DTC merchandising or buying preferred ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines ? Advanced knowledge and understanding of retail merchandising and store/ecommerce operations, and how these inputs can inform omnichannel eCommerce strategies ? Working knowledge of user experience best practices ? Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically ? Proficient with software and systems (Shopify, ShipHero, Loop, Reamaze, Photoshop) ? Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
