Loader

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Loader. This position will be responsible for safety loading parts onto a moving production line.

What you will be doing:

+ Checks for incoming materials so production is not stalled.

+ Ensures work area is clean performs necessary housekeeping.

+ Must be able to recognize parts that do not meet specifications.

+ Able to stand at work station for a long period of time.

+ Must be able to reject bad materials that do not meet quality standards.

The skills and experience you need:

+ High School diploma or GED Equivalent.

+ 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities.

+ Must have strong verbal communication skills.

+ Have basic math skills.

+ Needs to have flexibility with production hours.

+ Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.

+ Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold air.

+ Sustain repetitive motions using arms and hands.

+ Able to maintain a safe working environment that is conducive to productivity.

+ Ability to think and react quickly to changing situations and adjust to changing priorities.

+ Able to work side by side with other production operators.

+ Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.

+ Good understanding of quality control.
