Come join the Peak Health team as a Manager, Marketing, contributing to the foundation for an innovative, new health plan. This position will play a unique and important role in our mission to change healthcare for the better.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, analyzing data, drafting, and executing email marketing campaigns, managing website and social media content, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be able to pivot from strategic to tactical execution while working across multiple levels within the organization. Experience in the healthcare insurance industry and critical thinking skills are necessary to contribute to the mission of the organization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
EXPERIENCE:1. Six (6) years of health insurance sales or marketing experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:1. Master's degree in Marketing or related field
EXPERIENCE:1. Product launch or market entry experience2. Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage and compliance requirements3. 2 years of management experience

Support brand development and implement the company's overall marketing strategy based on industry trends, behaviors, and competitive landscape in collaboration with executive leadership
Lead and manage partnerships and provide guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives for both paid and earned media placements including placement of advertisements in local and specialized media.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve business goals.
Manage project timelines and ensure all marketing activities are executed on time and within budget.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, advertising, and events.
