Full-Time Member Service Associate for our Wheaton Branch. We value your unique skills and experiences, and we encourage individuals with Credit Union and Financial Services backgrounds to apply. This role offers a competitive salary range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with the branch team to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all members. Assisting members in achieving their financial goals, including reviewing credit reports and offering personalized recommendations for various situations. Conducting cash and non-cash transactions accurately and in compliance with relevant processes, procedures, and regulations. Conducting loan interviews, processing applications, and disbursing loans while maintaining accuracy and compliance with all documentation. What you will bring: Two years of experience in a Financial Institution, particularly in a Personal/Universal Banking role. Excellent problem-solving skills. High School Diploma or equivalent Work Schedule: Within a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday from 7:45 am to 6:15 pm, and Saturdays from 7:45 am to 1:15 pm.
