The responsibilities of the Optometrist include: Perform thorough routine eye exams Perform pre- and post-operative checks Identify patients’ visual acuity, field of vision, and hand-eye coordination Diagnose sight problems, such as nearsightedness and color blindness Prescribe corrective lenses and medications Refer patients with ocular pathology and/or surgical needs to ophthalmologists as indicated We offer a lucrative compensation plan and benefits, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
