The successful candidate will lead and oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of transportation schedules. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day dispatch operations ensuring timely and accurate assignment of drivers, equipment, and routes Monitor driver performance, adherence to schedules, and DOT regulatory compliance Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse teams, planners, and customers to resolve service issues promptly Manage shift planning, manpower forecasting, and load planning to achieve operational targets Provide coaching and real-time feedback to drivers and support staff Maintain accurate records related to dispatch activities, service issues, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and service levels Ensure proper documentation and systems updates are completed timely and accurately Benefits Strong work/life balance that includes paid holidays and generous personal time off.
