We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing power electronic solutions for our products. Responsibilities: Design and develop power electronic systems, including hardware design, schematic design, simulation, and testing Conduct research and development of new technologies in power electronics and drive innovation in product design Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure design integration and optimization Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to power electronics design and safety Review and approve designs created by junior engineers Participate in product design reviews, risk assessments, and failure analyses Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in power electronics design, with a proven track record of successful project completion Strong knowledge of power electronic systems, including power converters, inverters, and DC-DC converters Proficiency in simulation and analysis software, such as PLECS, MATLAB, or Simulink Experience with PCB design and layout software, such as Altium or Eagle Knowledge of safety and compliance standards, including UL, IEC, and NEC Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
