Position: CNC Machinist Programmer
Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components in line with specifications.
  • Creating CNC machine programs using CAD/CAM software.
  • Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to perform accurate machining operations.
  • Handling routine maintenance on machines to guarantee optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conducting quality inspections of machined parts to ensure adherence to customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with team members and engineering staff to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines, with a deep understanding of various machining techniques and tooling.
  • Strong programming skills with the ability to write and edit G-code programs.
  • Experience in interpreting and manually editing G-Code.
  • Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, Esprit) preferred.
  • Capability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) symbols.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to provide leadership and work in a team-oriented environment.
