**Client Service Representative**

Sales Arlington, Texas Minimum Experience **Experienced** is a fine art handling company located in the DFW area. We provide museum-quality storage, transit, installation of artwork to many of the world's finest museums, institutions, private collectors, corporations, and galleries.

We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team. The CSR is the first point of contact for clients requesting quotes, information and for processing requests for basic transportation, installation, fabrication, and storage services. You manage client inquiries by phone, email, and online, maintain client records, and address client complaints. If you are a great communicator that can organize a project and build trust and rapport with clients, we'd like you to apply.

What you'll do:

* Learn and maintain a deep knowledge of Displays services and offerings.

* Ensure a positive and professional client service experience.

* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or online; calculate, then provide quotes and convert those quotes into a booked job.

* Identify which client leads require multi-service, multi-day quotes with equipment and pass on those to the Project Management team

* Inform and educate clients on all Displays services.

* Work closely with Sales, Transportation, and Storage Managers to coordinate services.

* Direct client complaints or complex queries to Client Service Manager so issues are resolved quickly.

* Build positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.

* Maintain client records and document processes.

* Accurately and thoroughly complete quotes, work orders and other documentation.

* Identify potential client services concerns and facilitate proactive intervention steps.

* Recommend service improvements based on client feedback.

**To be successful in this role you'd need:**

* Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs

* Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer questions, quotes, and issue, with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner

* Able to inform and educate clients on all Displays services.

* Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once.

* Ability to effectively and efficiently coordinate client projects with other departments.

* Excellent phone and email communication skills.

* Thoroughness to complete detailed work orders.
