If you’re ready to change the lives of others and embrace our core values, we’d love to welcome you to our family.Responsibilities+ Assist the Director of Nursing in managing all aspects of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and employee performance.+ Oversee nursing staff and ensure that they are delivering high-quality care to our residents.+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans for residents.+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care programs.+ Assist with nursing assessments and provide support and guidance to nursing staff.+ Maintain accurate and complete medical records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.+ Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.Requirements+ Active nursing license in the state of employment.+ Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care or assisted living.+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.+ Strong organizational and leadership abilities.+ Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care.+ Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.Benefits+ Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)+ Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)+ Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)+ Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)+ Short Term & Long Term Disability+ Corporate Chaplain through Corporate Chaplains of America
