CTTX Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our Long Term Care facility. As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. In this role, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing team, including assigning and reviewing work, providing guidance and support, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans, monitor residents' health conditions, and communicate with families about their loved ones' care. We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in long term care nursing and a proven ability to effectively manage a team. Requirements + Valid RN license + Minimum of 2 years of experience in long term care nursing + Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role + Strong leadership and communication skills + Knowledge of long term care regulations and procedures + Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities + Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities + Flexibility to work various shifts as needed + Basic computer skills Benefits Amazing benefits starting day one
