About The Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Finance to join their dedicated team. As the VP, Finance, the chosen candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Finance for the US organization, including reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, and business planning. They will play a key role in defining and executing business strategy, provide timely and accurate financial information to business colleagues, and support the efficient and effective operations of the US business. Managing a team of finance professionals and ensuring the highest ethical and professional standards are also part of the role. A hands-on approach, high level of initiative, and the ability to work in a continuously changing business environment with confidence in various financial engagements are essential. The successful candidate will be a Qualified CPA with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Finance, including a Regional Controller role, and a strong background in both Accounting and FP&A. International group experience and the ability to work effectively across different time zones are essential, as is a background in the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves extensive planning and forecasting, so first-class Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must. Experience in private equity-backed companies, M&A, post-acquisition integration, due diligence, and ERP systems migration are highly desired. The ideal candidate will be a good influencer, capable of driving change, and have strong communication and networking skills to interact effectively across all functions and with colleagues in Europe.
