Job Description About the Role The Manager of Enterprise Applications Support will oversee a team of application/software engineers, to maintain integrations and other technical configuration of NYTimes Enterprise Resource Planning suite of applications. Your role will include responding to customer requests and systems issues, continued improvement of processes, participation in projects and system implementations. Responsibilities: Direct and control the Enterprise Application Services team to include project and production service support activities. This includes assigning competencies and goals then providing assistance to achieve those objectives Provide technical leadership and mentoring for all staff and foster a culture of accountability, innovation and team building You will report to Executive Director of Technology A hybrid work environment with collaborative cross team support and opportunities to grow Basic Qualifications: 5+ years professional service as a software engineer working with Enterprise business applications 1+ years experience managing engineers with skills such as SaaS systems, variety of applications, and several levels of seniority 3+ years of experience with Workday, specifically integration, financial accounting, and HR administration Knowledge of current best practices in application software development Understanding of system controls, appropriate levels of security, and the need for accuracy in financial and human resources information and statements Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Coupa Experience working in Agile Environment The annual base pay range for this role is between $150,000 and $160,000 .
