Bookkeeper - Accounting Experience Req'd Company: A.D. Winston Service, Inc. Location: 20 Railroad Avenue, Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660 Salary: Starting at $23 per hour, with experience-based increase Overview We are looking for a motivated Bookkeeper to join our expanding accounting team. The role requires effective communication of financial information and maintaining accurate records. This position offers opportunities for career advancement and includes health insurance, profit sharing, paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays. Benefits Health Insurance Profit sharing plan Paid vacation, sick time and holidays Career growth opportunities Responsibilities Prepare daily cash reports and process electronic payments Clear and review paid checks; issue stop payments as needed Track outstanding checks Enter accounts payable invoices Process vendor invoicing and payment Prepare deposits and reconcile with accounting records Other duties as assigned Requirements General accounting, administrative, or office experience Accounts payable/receivable experience preferred Strong attention to detail, accuracy, documentation, record-keeping, and filing Proficient with Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance Excellent organization and communication skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Must pass pre-employment testing (background, MVR, drug screening) Equal Opportunity Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
