Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse at S & S Home Health Care Agency located in Union, NJ. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medication, monitoring vital signs, collaborating with the healthcare team, and updating patient records. The Registered Nurse will also be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing care plans, and educating patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Qualifications
  • Current and active Registered Nurse license
  • Experience in providing direct patient care and administering medication
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to collaborate with the healthcare team and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in documenting patient information and using electronic medical records systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred
