What does a successful Business Analyst of Digital Products do at Fiserv?

As a successful Business Analyst of Digital Products, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other members of the team in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with Senior Business Analysts, product owners and product managers to identify business needs and requirements Assist in writing stories and grooming stories with development team Gather data from various sources and perform analysis to identify trends and patterns Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insight into key performance indicators Assist in the design and implementation of business processes and systems Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and provide updates on project progress Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation Support the testing and implementation of new features and processes

What You Will Need To Have

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field At least 3 years of proven experience as a Product Owner role in the development of digital products Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint

What Would Be Great To Have

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics or Power BI. Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools Scrum Certification is a plus
