As a Senior Financial Analystyou will be responsible for: He/she will be responsible for the production of accurate and timely reporting of monthly / quarterly / annual results at the Group level. This includes reconciliation, analysis and presentation of results to senior executives Coordinates SOX control execution for the Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) Operational Finance Group within the US Ensure AR & GL reconciliation performed regularly and minimize unreconciled items Identify and implement opportunities to improve key metrics including DSO and cashflow Ensure reporting is performed in a timely and accurate manner Perform month-end activities/controls as required

Core elements related to this role: SAP knowledge MS Office knowledge (mainly Outlook and Excel) Positive and Flexible - willing to work in a "hands on" manner to ensure that all tasks are achieved by the teams on a timely basis. Open and communicative - able to interact effectively at all levels of the organization Focus on continuous improvement and openess to change Driven and committed - able to work on own initiative under pressure and to demanding deadlines Ability to build strong relationship with TBS counterparts, External customers, Customer Services, Finance business partners and other finance colleagues Europe-wide as well as other internal colleagues involved in the Accounts Receivable process Strong customer service focus - understand customer needs and possess the desire and ability to meet and exceed those expectations, demonstrating a high commitment to quality delivery Building relationships and trust through challenging the status quo Improvement-oriented mindset (focused on such techniques as Lean/Kaizen) Interest/experience in external innovations and automation (ERP, WF, Robotics, AI) General curious mindset Identification and support of implementation of processes improvements to create internal efficiencies while control and reporting delivery is not compromised Strong analytical skills - able to identify anomalies in data and solve them quickly and effectively

Required Qualifications: Degree in finance or accounting is preferred Proficiency in English language, verbal and written 3-5+ Experience in Accounting /Finance ideally gained in a shared services environment within a large multinational organization Strong excel skills and good knowledge of MS office overall
