What You'll Achieve as a Customer Sales Enrollment Associate Walk customers through the Verizon Enrollment process, accurately answering questions, and handling sensitive customer information with respect and professionalism. Follow all compliance guidelines to ensure seamless customer interactions and expectations. Create powerful client presentations to all customers, tailoring your sales pitch accordingly and delivering relevant information to each customer. Input data and keep accurate records of enrollment, sales transactions, service appointments and customer feedback. Quickly resolve problems, following compliance guidelines. Represent Verizon in a positive light, with the utmost professionalism, expertise and empathy. Achieve sales goals in an individual or collaborative setting with other Enrollment Services Representative. Stay up to date with Verizon’s latest products and services, to create informative presentations and help customers make educated decisions.
