He or she will collaborate with presales team to ensure that all information is complete and documented, the products are tested in a similar environment of the client, and the product deployment is successful and on time. Qualifications Required Qualifications: One year of work experience in any of the following; software development, ITS, technical support, and quality assurance. Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows, UNIX/Linux based environments. Experience with virtualization (e.g. VMWare, Hyper-V, RHEV). Experience with logging, monitoring and reporting systems. Exposure to automated or unattended installation. Knowledge in scripting skills (i.e. shell scripts, batch/PowerShell, Perl, Ruby, Python) Preferred Qualifications: Proven working experience in at least two of the following license managers: FlexNet, IBM, LUM, NetHASP, DSLS (Dassault), Sentinel RMS Effective English communications and presentations skills Knowledge in multiple programming languages (i.e. C/C++, C#) Knowledge in cloud computing (preferably in AWS) Has a MCP/LPIC certification or equivalent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
