Your Opportunity as the Senior Analyst, Sales Capability & ISThe role of the Senior Analyst on the Sales Capability and IS Team is to serve as a key support resource for the Customer Category Business (CCB) teams, Sales Operations, and Integrated Analytics. They will act as a subject matter expert and Tier 1 system and process support for the Master Data Management (MDM) system and Pricing Attribute Store (PAS), our internal pricing tool. This person will also play a key role in developing and maintaining policies and processes across the sales and CCB teams. Location: Orrville, OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)Work Arrangements: Hybrid ~30% in office presence In this role you will: Support and act as key contact for multiple CCB teams supporting all SBA'sParticipate in conversations with CCB to understand PAS needs and requirementsCollaborate with internal groups on pricing processes, offering insights and recommendationsProvide forward thinking mentality, specifically regarding impact to changes to process or system functionalitiesSummarize complex technical issues for users in a clear and concise mannerDraft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to streamline system activitiesWork with minimal supervision to lead and deliver medium scale project work, including cross-functional improvement initiativesServe as pricing tool reporting subject matter expert; support business users on functionality and provide insight on best reports to meet needSupport internal partners in developing consistent, repeatable processes and implementing improvementsCollaborate with users to troubleshoot system issues, analyze Sales impact and work closely with BA and Developers on resolution as neededPerform user acceptance testing (UAT) as neededAssist in diagnosis & resolution of user issues through re-creation in test environments and issue researchMonitor & resolve data integration failures.
