Core duties and responsibilities include:
Lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Foster clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly software development units, to allocate resources, troubleshoot issues, and drive project success.
Define and communicate clear project goals and objectives to ensure understanding and alignment among all team members.
Manage diverse project portfolios, spanning application development, business initiatives, and change management endeavors.
Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience in similar role.
PMP certification or equivalent certification required.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools preferred.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $55 to $63 hourly, depending on experience.
