Must-Have :
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong critical thinking and evidence-based practice skills

Description :

The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team.
They ensure that patients and families receive individualized high-quality, safe patient care.
Nurses work in a clinical environment guided by practice models and evidence-based practice.
Competencies are derived from professional models and standards.
All RN Clinical Nurses are expected to uphold the practice of nursing.
This includes adherence to the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards by the American Nurses Association.
They are expected to uphold the voice of the patient, system policies, procedures, and service excellence goals.

Responsibilities include performing the Nursing Process which involves assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Care is individualized and coordinated through effective partnerships.
Care delivery is relationship-based, patient-centered, and consistent with specific patient characteristics.
Nurses use current clinical practice standards.
They coordinate safe quality patient care and documentation.
They use diverse and inclusive interdisciplinary communication methods.
Teamwork and collaboration are demonstrated through fiscal responsibility and support for performance improvement.

Professional Development is vital, requiring completion of competency assessments and education.
Registered Nurses serve as preceptors or mentors, ensuring a qualified workforce.
Promotes evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement.
Upholds policies, procedures, and clinical competencies set by the organization.
Participates in data collection and poses relevant clinical questions.
Proactively plans for patient care and supports efficient use of resources.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
