Duties will include working directly with R&D, Field Service, CTS, Operations, HQ, and Factory teams to improve quality. The Quality Engineer will help improve SOP's and help the team to streamline the documentation of defects, identify quality trends, track root failure analysis, create and manage effective corrective actions, and coordinating rework efforts to fix issues before they reach customers.Responsibilities: Continuous Improvement: •Analyze Defect Data/Identify Trends•Identify Root Failures•Create Effective Corrective Actions•Rework Products•Refurbish ProductsTravel and Communication: •Travel to customer sites (domestically) and Manufacturing sites (Internationally) 2-4 times per year•Communicate with domestic and global teams during non-business hoursRequirementsEducation: •Bachelor's degree in engineering related field is required•Quality certification is preferredExperience: •Experience in manufacturing or quality assurance roles preferred•Experience using Six Sigma tools and techniques preferred•Experience working with Asia based teams in Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality preferredOther Requirements: •Excellent verbal and written communication skills•Proficiency in Office 365 products•Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationallyBenefits:We offer an excellent compensation package and team-oriented work environment with growth opportunities.
