Who We're Looking For:

As a key member of the Interventional Urology team, the Regional Trainer will support the onboarding and training of sales team members, train new physician adopters of Optilume, conduct educational programs, and support regional initiatives.

About the Role:

• Delivers training curriculum in a manner that equips Associate Territory Managers and Territory Managers to execute the sales process in product categories based on the requirements of each sales position. This includes both virtual and field-based training activities.
• Partner with Commercial Excellence Managers in the development and design of sales and product training solutions.
• Provide continual post-training coaching and mentoring, modeling professional behaviors to enhance the trainee's understanding of concepts and best practices.
• Partner with training, marketing, sales leadership, and clinical teams on continuous design, delivery, and implementation of training materials to maintain sales force effectiveness in the marketplace.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 4+ years of demonstrated sales success in business to business and/or medical device.
• Demonstrated ability to present training materials to new hires in an understandable and efficient way.
• Demonstrated understanding of sales process and sales strategy training and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring is strongly preferred.
