Job duties

+ Gather information requested by underwriting to make credit decisions

+ Prepare closing packages

+ Communicate with title companies, appraisers, realtors, members, and mortgage staff to obtain necessary information and order outside services as needed

+ Assist the Mortgage Servicers in the ongoing collection and documentation of data for the annual HMDA Reporting to NCUA

Following a training period in Antigo, this position has the potential to work out of the Antigo, Neenah, DePere, or Wausau CoVantage locations.

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Preferably have prior mortgage experience

+ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programs

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people

+ Strong attention to detail, while working accurately under pressure
