Customer Service Representative Wood Personnel is working with a high-precision cutting tools manufacturer in Franklin, TN to identify a Customer Service Representative to join their team. They are seeking someone who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, is detail-oriented, with high professionalism when dealing with customers on the phone. The ideal candidate will be someone with at least 3 years of Customer Service/Call Center experience. Reliable attendance is a must. Compensation and Hours In Office (No remote options) $21-23 an hour Monday through Friday; 8:00am 5:00pm Health insurance office during temporary period Weekly pay Customer Service Representative Requirements: Experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications Excellent typing and data-entry accuracy Previous SAP experience is a plus Manufacturing experience and knowledge of freight terms a plus Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and assist with order status, order placing, pricing and delivery, invoice inquiries, repairs, returns, and other issues Enter Purchase Orders into the operating system and update if necessary Ensure accurate data entry Process order expediting requests Respond and follow up on lost shipments File claims and initiate credit memos when necessary Process orders Email customer invoices, sales order acknowledgements, packing lists, etc Other clerical duties assigned
