**Job Overview**As a Donation Services Associate, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of supporting people with employment barriers and promoting self-sufficiency. You will work closely with our retail staff to receive and process donations, ensuring that they are properly sorted, priced, and displayed for sale.

**Requirements and Qualifications**To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
