OverviewSeeking an accomplished
Manager
for our Data & Analytics division, with a knack for both strategy and hands-on operational work.This role will be responsible for strengthening our D&A practice and will play a pivotal role in molding its future trajectory.The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving strategic growth, delivering data-driven solutions to our clients, and building a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic GrowthOperational LeadershipClient EngagementTeam Leadership & DevelopmentDrive the growth of the D&A practice through business development and go-to-market strategies.Collaborate with CIO Advisory to identify opportunities and challenges in the Data & Analytics domain.Oversee hands-on delivery of D&A solutions to clients.Structure and manage large cross-functional teams, assigning roles across multiple streams.Define engagement objectives and oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timely and effective delivery.Design quality assurance processes and address change requests from clients with agility and accuracy.Engage deeply with clients, demonstrating adept problem-solving skills on key issues.Adjust communication strategies for diverse and challenging audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment.Act as an effective Project and Engagement Manager, ensuring alignment of projects with the developmental needs of team members.Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports and broader D&A team members.Promote the firm's performance process, delivering timely, mature, and objective feedback.Act as a beacon of leadership, especially under pressure, setting examples through actions and decisions.Engage actively in internal activities, firm events, and meetings, upholding the firm's ethos and values.Proficiency in big data technologies, data quality tools and practices, data governance methodologies, data warehousing, and data platforms.
RequirementsYou will typically have:
10-15 years of relevant experience in Data & Analytics.Proven track record in both strategic planning and hands-on project delivery.Previous experience in a consulting environment is a plus.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.Relevant certifications in data and analytics are a plus.Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of leading by example.Excellent communication skills, able to adapt to diverse and challenging audiences.Robust problem-solving skills, with a flair for diving deep into complex issues.Ability to provide mentorship, guidance, and developmental feedback to teams.
