Join our team today Under the direction of the Regional Leader, you will travel to various AgState locations (approx. 30 mile radius) to complete various administrative functions and will be responsible for establishing professional customer relationships. This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in working with agriculture and providing exceptional customer service to our producers. You will find a team atmosphere committed to safety and excellent customer service, along with a stable career that offers outstanding benefits You will: Serve customers and peers by: Traveling to AgState locations to provide support and coverage to other locations and Customer Service Representatives. Weighing incoming and outgoing loads at scale, record grades, input scale tickets, and file tickets. Ensuring settlements are made following all state requirements and there is no lien on government hold. Responding to customer inquiries at the counter and over the phone regarding such things as statements, sales, bids, grain contracting, grain offers and options. Collecting and inputing cash receipts received from customers. Managing inbound grain/ingredient shipments including the coordination of delivery numbers, input of scale tickets daily and verification of accuracy. In on-scale interface system, manage transfer of data. Preparing and print product invoices including invoices for feed and other miscellaneous sales products. Invoicing outgoing grain and preparing/input grain transfers. Reviewing daily scale ticket printout, grain advance listing and 30-day list reports. Reconcile any differences and prepare corrections and notify appropriate branch locations. Managing deferred payment contracts for that location. Demonstrate superior commitment to the AgState values by: Always utilize good customer service skills, when servicing and greeting customers, and when working with co-workers and other departments within the company. Listen to and resolve customer complaints and concerns. Demonstrate work habits that develop, build, and support the team concept within the organization. EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS Valid driver license and acceptable motor vehicle record Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
