**Deine Aufgaben**
* Du bist verantwortlich fr die Bearbeitung aller Schritte der Kundenreise: vom Willkommen heissen, ber Vertragsnderungen und bis hin zur Reaktivierung bei Kndigung
* Du bist der 1. Ansprechpartner fr unsere Kunden (telefonisch und schriftlich)
* Du bearbeitest alle Anfragen zur Motorfahrzeugversicherung, knftig auch weitere Sparten
* Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Service Dienstleistern zusammen
* Du bernimmst die schriftliche sowie telefonische Kommunikation mit Zulassungsstellen und anderen Partnern
**Dein Profil**
* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Versicherungskauffrau/mann- oder
Kauffrau/mann mit hnlichen Qualifikation
* Du konntest idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Bereich der Motorfahrzeugversicherung sammeln, gerne auch in anderen Versicherungssparten
* Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Mass an Service- und Kundenorientierung aus
* Du kannst mit deinem Verhandlungsgeschick auch anspruchsvolle Gesprche fhren
* Du arbeitest gerne im Team und teilst dein Wissen
* Du beherrscht Franzsisch in Wort und Schrift verhandlungssicher, weitere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch-, Italienisch- und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
