Customer Service Rep

We are looking for an exceptionalCustomer Service Representativewho can make an impact by:
- Assisting customers by performing the functions necessary to create and process RMAs, Sales Orders and Quotes.
- Engage with customers in a friendly tone and work to resolve any concerns, questions.
- Be self-starters who function well with minimal oversight.
- Be proactive, have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Work closely with Field Sales Engineers.
- Work closely with Calibration/Production Team.
Skills You Bring:
- Strong people skills and active listening.
- Willingness to learn new tasks
- Computer skills
