Full time Estimator - 880 job description

The Estimator is responsible for preparing and submitting accurate and complete estimates for construction projects. The Estimator will work closely with the project team to gather information and develop the estimates. The Estimator will also be responsible for communicating with the client and ensuring that the estimates meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit accurate and complete estimates for construction projects
  • Gather information from the project team, including specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents
  • Develop the estimates using a variety of software and tools
  • Communicate with the client to ensure that the estimates meet their needs
  • Manage the estimate process from start to finish
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction estimating software


Salary: $60k-80k/Year
