Are you burned out from public accounting and ready to move in-house? We have a uniquely interesting opportunity for a tax professional with an established client who is looking to grow their team.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team on Federal and State tax planning, including annual projections and quarterly estimates. Oversee projects pertaining to tax credits and incentives, and provide guidance to leadership on how to maximize benefits and minimize risks. Provide support for tax provision process including calculations and recording of book to tax differences. Act as a partner to the operations team and communicate in regards to the tax implications of future endeavors Assist as needed on federal, state, and local income tax compliance

Qualifications: 5 to 6+ years experience in corporate tax 3+ years in partnership tax CPA preferred

Nice to have: Federal income tax provision experience Exposure to complex partnership structures Advanced Excel skills
