Some holiday and weekend hours will be required. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Welcoming pets and their families and creating a comforting environment. Precise and dedicated client service and follow through. Emergency triage over the phone and in person. Client check-in and record management. Client check-out and working with clients on payment options such as CareCredit and ScratchPay. Handling difficult conversations about finances with respect to the clients. Anticipate client's needs, provide information, and compassion. General clean-up of lobby, exam rooms, and entrance area. The ability to assist clients through difficult times, such as euthanasias. Qualifications: Minimum of one years' experience working in a client focused role in a veterinary practice. High attention to detail. Ability to handle stressful situations in a positive, productive way. Works well with the team. Able to think critically and make decisions. Willingness to learn and grow within veterinary medicine.
