ABOUT THE ROLE:

The loan processor will report directly to the General Manager of our Woodburn, OR location. With the large demand for affordable housing, this position will focus on assisting customers throughout the finance process. We are looking for a qualified candidate to help assist our finance customers, gain efficiency in the approval process, and bring finance deals to closure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Guide customer(s) through the qualification process and provide a list of lenders that the customer may utilize in the qualification of a loan for a manufactured home.
• Work as the liaison between lenders and customers to facilitate the loan process.
• Facilitate the process of clearing contingencies from customer purchase agreements.
• Manage the process of clearing lender stipulations.
• Keep the General Manager, Project Coordinator, Sales Person(s), and the Corporate Office up to date on lending transactions.
• Provide records to the team when a customer has exhausted all resources for qualification and cannot be approved.
• Assist the other members of the administration team and/or the General Manager as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent required.
• Minimum three-four years of current loan processing experience.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel).
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• A team player.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
