Opportunity to work on complex, high?visibility projects across Silicon Valley Collaborative culture with long?tenured leadership Highly reputable contractor with 75+ years of excellence Strong project management processes and support systems Clear path for advancement into Project Manager roles Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Stable pipeline of diverse, technically challenging projects Key Responsibilities Project Support & Coordination Participate in preconstruction activities and early planning Attend meetings with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors Maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6 Prepare and manage project documentation Process and manage change orders, subcontracts, meeting minutes, notices, letters, and memorandums Cost & Financial Management: track cost changes, compile accurate pricing, forecast financial outcomes, provide feedback to estimating Submittals, Procurement & Materials: review, process, expedite submittals, track lead items, administer design and procurement plans, gather and organize O&M manuals, product literature, submittals, RFIs, and CSI?formatted documentation Quality, Safety & Field Support: maintain quality control, support field teams, ensure jobsite safety, collaborate with design teams for code compliance BIM & Technology Integration: support BIM execution, clash detection, model updates, incorporate RFI information, assist design clarification workflows Performance Objectives On?time, profitable project delivery Excellent client satisfaction and communication Timely and accurate proposal and documentation submission Strong teamwork and positive attitude Adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures Ongoing professional development and growth Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field 2+ years of construction experience (preferred) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and client?facing confidence Required Software Proficiency: MS Project or Primavera P6 (scheduling) Procore or Sage Timberline (construction management) MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Bluebeam (PDF markups) On?Screen Takeoff Precision Estimating DocuSign Zoom Preferred Software Experience AutoCAD BIM / clash detection tools V?Planner (Last Planner System support) Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full?time Job function Project Management and Information Technology Construction, Building Construction, and Architecture and Planning Seniority level Employment type Job function Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
