Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design SailPointsolutions that meet business needs.
•Develop, customize, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors,workflows, rules, and configurations.
•Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications to manage useraccess and entitlements.
•Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution for SailPoint implementations.
•Participate in SailPoint upgrade projects and ensure smooth migration ofconfigurations and customizations.
•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:
•Deep SME level competence in SailPoint IIQ administration/operation .Provenexperience in designing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQsolutions.
•Proficiency in Java programming language and scripting languages such asBeanShell, Korn, PowerShell, or Python.
•Extensive experiencein Identity Lifecycle Management: Provisioning & Governance
•Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication,authorization, provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
•Deep competence inaccess workflows, target application integration & onboarding, aggregationetc.
•Deep competence in IIQ infrastructure management, DRplanning & exercise.
•Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
•Familiarity with cloud identity management solutions and technologies(e.g., Azure AD, Okta) is a plus.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or aspart of a team.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
•SailPoint certification (e.g., SailPoint CertifiedIdentityIQ Engineer) is a plus.
•Experience with other IAM tools such as Oracle Identity Manager, ForgeRock,or CyberArk.
•Knowledge of identity governance and compliance frameworks.
•Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
